It's a New Year, let's make it your best yet. 

This weekly Just Breathe workshop is perfect for those wanting to explore this method in greater depth with four weeks of breathwork and cold water therapy.  It's also great for any Winter swimmers who want to fast track their physiology to get through those colder Winter swims.

During each session you’ll be guided through the breathwork,  learn a little science and mindset then enjoy the many benefits of the (optional) ice bath at the end.  For full programme details see here.
