What to expect from a workshop

Wim Hof Fundamentals Workshops include Saltpath's unique blend of coaching, WHM science and a ton of fun. The breathwork will reconnect you to your body in a powerful but blissful way, and the ice bath (optional) will challenge your mindset and focus on stirring up a power from deep within. All this leaves you feeling fully rejuvenated, empowered, connected and full of happy hormones.

These workshops are great with friends, great for team building or awesome on your own if you want to connect with like-minded people. Come join the tribe!
