Coaching Sessions

We understand that it may sometimes be necessary to change scheduled sessions, however, as a small business, we would be grateful for as much notice as possible.

Coaching sessions can be moved with 24 hours' notice. The new date/time will be subject to the coaches' availability. If it is not possible to confirm a new date at the time of notice, a credit for that session will be given. Credits must be used within one month of the original session date.

No refund will be given for cancelled sessions where no notice is given.

No refund will be given for any unused sessions purchased as part of a block.

Cancellation by Saltpath Coaching Clinic.  

In the unlikely event we have to cancel your session, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and re-arrange a suitable time.  If it is not possible to confirm a new date, a credit or refund will be offered.

Workshops

If you wish to cancel a workshop, please email us at hello@saltpathcoaching.com no less than two weeks prior to the date of the workshop. We will then issue you with a refund minus any booking fees.

No refunds will be given for cancellations within two weeks of the date of the workshop.

If you wish to change the date of your workshop, please email us at hello@saltpathcoaching.com no less than one week prior to the date of your workshop.  We will then move the date of your workshop subject to availability.

If you can no longer attend your workshop but would like someone else to take your place, we can amend your ticket as long as we are given 48 hours' notice.  To do this we would require the full name, email and telephone number of the new participant. 

The new participant would also need to complete a declaration form and return this to us no less than 24 hours prior to the workshop.  If for any reason we felt it was unsafe for the new participant to attend the workshop, no refund would be given.

No refunds will be given for failure to attend the workshop.

Cancellation by Saltpath Coaching Clinic.  

In the unlikely event we have to cancel your workshop, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and transfer your booking to the next available date.  If it is not possible to confirm a new date, a credit or refund will be offered.  However Saltpath Coaching Clinic does not accept responsibility for any other costs incurred by participants.
