I am delighted to be working in collaboration with Luna Wave to bring you a Men's Fire & Ice circle.  

Let’s be honest…..us blokes don’t like the thought of being vulnerable, deep in our makeup we are hard wired not to show weakness.  In past times, weakness could mean us not be accepted by the tribe and we needed the tribe for our survival….true!  But how about learning to get comfortable with the uncomfortable instead. How about pushing ourselves out of our comfort zones, being vulnerable, challenging ourselves and opening the door to endless possibility?

This workshop is carefully curated to include blissful but powerful breathwork, sauna and an ice bath challenge. There’ll also be the opportunity to talk openly about masculinity in the modern world and how we find healthy meaning as we shift from provider and protector.

You are the master of your experience so I invite you to come as you are without judgement or reservation and simply enjoy some time with like-minded men.
