This Spring Reset is for those who have already attended one of my Fundamental's workshops or one of my Just Breathe programmes. This will be a 2.5 hour session or blissful breathwork, sauna and of course the ice bath (optional). There will also be an opportunity to swim in the beautiful natural swimming pool.
This will be a "Go Deep" session to propel you into Spring!
