Saltpath Coaching Clinic was founded by Phil Gilbert. It was born out of his own life experiences and an understanding that accessing more than one strategy gives us the best possible chance for a happy life.
How can Saltpath help you?
A year into Saltpath, Vicki (Phil's wife) joined the business having trained as a Sauna Master. With their combined knowledge of all things hot and cold, Saltpath offer contrast therapy retreats, sauna rituals, Men's Fire & Ice retreats and of course Wim Hof Method Fundamentals.
What an amazing experience! Wim hof fundamentals workshop coached by the very awesome Phil, with a wonderful group of people, in the most beautiful setting.
