August's Full Moon is the Sturgeon Moon The Sturgeon Moon symbolises strength, perseverance and deep reflection. It represents a period to honour personal emotional endurance, dive into deep hidden emotions and prepare for the coming Autumn.
This evening session is held in our beautiful woodland spa where you will experience a scented sauna ritual and body scrubs with essential oils that support this full moon.
You might then choose to take an evening plunge, laze in a hammock or sit around the campfire enjoying our chilled tunes.
