Who’s this workshop for?
This workshop is for anyone interested in exploring the power of breathwork, cold water immersion and sauna (contrast therapy) anyone who feels the draw to connect to nature and others, the seekers, the searchers and anyone who’d like to underpin their new year with a positive start of self care and intension setting.
This 4hr workshop will include
- Blissful breathwork.
- Sauna.
- Campfire shares.
- Intention setting exercises.
- An optional Ice bath challenge.
- Hot food around the campfire and refreshments.
