November's Full Moon is the Beaver Moon. The Beaver Moon represents preparation, resilience and turning inward to build safety and stability before Winter arrives.
This evening session is held in the sauna in the grounds of Saltdean Lido where you will experience a scented sauna ritual and body scrubs with essential oils that support this full moon.
